Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy so you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item so we can assess and correct the issue.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some product types cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), specialty items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Changes
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return is accepted.


14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any justification within 14 days. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you and let you know if your refund request is approved. If your request is approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
